(More customer reviews)When children listen to and begin to retell stories, using props like these felt pieces are not only enjoyable but helpful in their learning to understand story sequencing (beginning reading skill). Take it from a kindergarten/pre-k teacher, this is a wonderful "story time" alternative after the book has been read again and again!! Great colors of felt and good size for small hands and plenty of pieces to be able to retell the story, even if you "change it up" and makeup your own story!!!
