(More customer reviews)Purchased this for my 6 year old son and 5 year old daughter. Both my wife and I remember playing with "Lincoln Logs" as kids. I used to label the the pieces according to size from 1 to 4. The ones are the smallest one piece logs. This kit is mostly the 1 piece logs. Way too many one piece logs. Yes there are still enough larger pieces to build stuff, but overall the size of this kit is missleading since about half of the pieces are the small ones. Once you build as much as you can using the larger pieces you are left over with about half the set that can not be used for anything. And as the previouse reviewer stated this set arrives only in the shipping box (brown cardboard mailing package) with no container to store the pieces in.
