(More customer reviews)I did not pay $50 for these blocks. We bought them about 4 years ago for around $25- perhaps they were on sale? They are not worth more than $25. That being said I'm happy with the purchase. I put them in storage for a while and when I took them out the kids still loved them.
They are made of a sturdy cardboard but not strong enough for a child over 30 pounds to stand on. When they arrived they were flat and we put them together by bending them and locking tabs within.
