(More customer reviews)I bought these blocks for my two preschool children 3 years ago. Unit blocks are a wonderful way to explore early math concepts because they are related in size. Therefore they stack and balance very well. This particular set has a long thin piece that is excellent for creating bases and roofs. This piece doesn't exist in other sets I have looked at. The only comment I have is that they are made of rubber wood so they get little dents in them. They do not splinter or cause a safety issue. Enjoy!!
