(More customer reviews)We got this for our daughter's first birthday and she adores it. We thought it was pretty but sort of like a hippie adult's idea of a good toy, nothing she would like as much as her toys that make noises and flash. Little did we know! She loves it, understands what it's supposed to do, and I think it really does help balance and coordination. I highly recommend it as a gift or in your home. I didn't know it was supposed to ring a bell, though. I don't think ours does. Thank god.

When pushed, the fins and tail will move as though the seal is swimming in the sea.
