(More customer reviews)I have had both as a child, and even at 20 enjoy. I very much enjoyed Geo safari world, it gives you multiple choice questions and is fun and challenging. The only advantage that LeapFrog? Explorer Smart Globe ($90 used as of 7/2010) has is their touch sensitive globe. If the LeapFrog? Explorer Smart Globe is way over your budget just get the GeoSafari world, its just as great and way more affordable.

We have the USA and sea creatures, and we put one together, scream about the pictures on the puzzle, put it back in the box, take the other one out, put it together, scream about those pictures...repeat ad nauseum. The puzzle piece sizes are great for little hands to manipulate and the pictures are whimsical and fun. I see many Mudpuppy floor puzzles in our future!
