(More customer reviews)I had read so many positive blog reviews about the usefulness and durability these playsilks and was terribly letdown by the product I received. I ordered 3 playsilks in pink, turquoise and green. Upon opening the green silk already had some light runs through it and after just one fairly gentle playtime using these scarves for juggling and wrap-around dress-up clothes all 3 had runs in them. Very disappointing given the price and previously read reviews. In the future I will buy the Sarah's Silks discount seconds bag, look for other sellers on etsy or make scarves myself.

Plan Toy Sorting Bus Review

(More customer reviews)This is a well made and attractive wooden toy. As a pull toy it falls short in that the string is too short for the wheels to stay on the floor with our child has the string in his hand. As a sorter, it is useless. Maybe as a child gets older, he will put the shapes into the proper receptacles. Until then, if he uses the shapes at all, he puts them into the open back. The open back is a problem, though. When the toy is pulled (carried around) the shapes just fall out the back. Our guy does seem to enjoy placing the driver into its proper spot, at least. Save your money and buy a GOOD pull toy and a GOOD sorter. This one is not good in either category.

(More customer reviews)Don't adhere too closely to the age guide on this one. A younger toddler can begin a process of discovery by simply trying to place the shapes on the pegs. (Most of the shapes will fit only on the correct pegs) With a little parental guidance toddlers can see and feel that the two holes fit on the two pegs. Once they grasp that concept they really can take off. Even if everything isn't quite "right" by adult standards, it is still fun and if put away for a week or so, skills will invariably improve with each additional play session. The skills learned on this game seem to transfer remarkably well to other activities.

(More customer reviews)I chose to buy this shape sorter for my 12 month old because it is solid wood and the shapes only fit through their own holes. This is important, because MANY shape sorters have more shapes, but they will frequently fit through more than one shape hole.
This toy good for Montessori-style learning, because it has the natural control of error.
This toy is simple, but good quality, and my daughter loves it.
The lid is not attached, like some, but that's fine. We play with it togther and she has almost as much fun matching the lid to the box!

Preschool Building Blocks Rainbow Tower Toy Learning New Review

(More customer reviews)My 1 year old daughter received the Haba Rainbow Tower as a gift for her 1st birthday. We have many Haba toys and they are made to the highest quality. We have never had any problems with any of them. However, my daughter nearly choked to death today on the top red piece on the Rainbow Tower. She managed to get the entire piece in her mouth and couldn't get it out. It was wedged in her mouth so tight that I couldn't get my fingers around it to pull it out. Thankfully I got it out in time. I would not recommend this toy for children under the age of 3. We were very lucky today!
