(More customer reviews)I read the bad reviews, but could not find an alternate option for storing these beautiful but unstackable puzzles. I decided to email Melissa and Doug with a list of my puzzles and asked them if they would fit. M&D got back to me promptly, and assured me the puzzles would fit. I directed them to the bad reviews and asked if they were sure that the rack would work for me and they reiterated that it would. I decided to order it, and am pleasantly surprised to say that all my puzzles fit , beautifully - chunky, peg, big knob, and even some non M&D ones. Everyone including my husband is really complimentary of the rack and how it solved a storage issue. I highly recommend it and am glad I gave it a chance.

This Item indicates that it is 13 1/2 inches wide. Actual width is about 15 3/4 inches.
Kaplan customer service was really good about this problem. They indicated that they knew about the wrong dimension, but the information had not been updated for an unknown reason. They gave us a full refund on the product, including return shipping.

(More customer reviews)As a teacher and a parent, I highly recommend this item. It's perfect for the classroom because it doesn't take up a ton of space, yet it holds twelve puzzles. It's also pretty inexpensive for a storage case, not to mention that the class actually likes to put the puzzles away with this case!
I'm buying one for my house, as well. It has tipped ends that won't scratch my hardwoods, which makes my husband happy, and it means that I can buy a couple of more puzzles because they store so easily, and more puzzles, of course, please my children.
