My 3 1/2 year old son has ALL the trains you can imagine...but for some reason, all he wanted was DIesel 10- a very very hard train to find in the stores. He would check the mailbox everyday, WOW the joy in his eyes when he saw the box. I am so pleased with this purchase & would order again from Trains Galore...THANK YOU!

(More customer reviews)My son just received this toy and was quite excited about it, but that fizzled when we tried it out. We attach the train, pump 10 times, and push the button (kind of hard for a 3 year-old), and Thomas moves sedately away like he was pushed by an undernourished kitten. Definitely does not live up to the marketing, but would love to know if someone else has better luck in case we're doing something wrong or have a faulty unit.
