(More customer reviews)I purchased this doll for my 3 year old daughter and ever since she got it she hasn't put it down for more than five minutes.
The doll looks GOOD. She has yarn hair, but it is tightly braided so you don't have to worry about a child pulling out the hair right out of the box and such and her outfit looks very good.
Only downfalls of this toy? Her hat does NOT stay on her head unless you are holding it there (I think I'm going to punch a couple of holes through it and put a string on it so it'll hang from the dolls neck. That way it might not get lost right away) and her arms do not bend.
Overall though, my daughter loves the toy and I would recommend it to others.

'June' Camden Doll - 11" Natural Waldorf Doll Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this doll as a Christmas present for my 13 month old daughter and it just arrived today. I ordered it on "Cyber Monday" and it's only Thursday so super-fast processing and shipping, great job Palumba! This is toy looks to be very durable, the cloth is thick and strong and the colors are rich, not too bright or garish. This goes for both the clothes and the doll. I ordered an extra dress, pink overalls, and duckie pajamas to go with the doll, the clothing is affordable, about $15 for an outfit and only $9.99 for the pajamas. I am very happy with my purchase and 12 inches is a perfect size for a toddler to grow with, not to big for her to carry but not to small that she will out-grow it later. The only thing I'm not sure I like is that she is not as "squishy" as I thought she would be, she's thick but not as huggable as I imagined. I doubt my little girl will mind though. I showed her a picture of her online and she broke into a smile and started clapping, so I think she's going to like her! Hopefully this means she will be tough enough to stand up to a toddler's abuse, she certainly seems well put together and the stitching is tight and not visible. She was less expensive than most Waldorf dolls and she is a "fair-trade" all-natural materials item as well, so this doll is a good buy imho.

Snap 'N Style Babies - Bathtime For Kira Review

(More customer reviews)These Snap N Style dolls are perfect for little girls. The only flaw I have noticed with these dolls is that the paint chips off the dolls' bottoms rather easily. My child is not rough with her toys yet each doll has at least one small paint chip. Otherwise, a great toy! If buying any of these dolls for a two year old little girl she will love them.
Important note! Buy from Fisher Price directly before spending [...] here. They are great dolls but if you can get them for [...] why spend this much. Yikes! This is ridiculously over priced!!!

Zip-ity Do Dolly Learn Doll with 7 Learning Activities - Romper Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my almost 2 yr old -- to give her when her new baby sister arrived. She loves doing buckles, snaps and zips. I thought this would be a great toy for her to have those activities (and more) all in one place. The zip is very short and difficult even for me to pull up and down. Button is difficult as well. My daughter likes to do the buckles that snap together (like in her carseat and high chair) -- this one is like a belt buckle where you thread it through a loop. The snap and velcro are together on the same pocket and you really need to squeeze the whole leg to get the snap done.
Maybe if she were a couple years older it would be "ok"...but definitely not appropriate for a 2 yr old.

(More customer reviews)I made out like crazy at Toys R Us. They had full shelves today. I really need to stay away from that store now. My daughter is going to flip when she sees her dolls this year. This cleo de nile doll comes in a narrow box, similar to the barbie beach dolls. They are a little more money that the barbie ones but not by much. They rang up $14.99 for these. They don't have the pet with them, but they carry some beach accessories. You pay the additional $5 or so for the uniqueness. And this doll is beautiful I think it fills that Bratz void. Very nice doll. Treat gently and save pennies. Prices should come down after Xmas, but really, Toys R Us has done a great job stocking them this season.

Manhattan toy Baby Stella Doll Review

(More customer reviews)I know I'm supposed to tell how much my children love this toy. The fact is I love Baby Stella. It's the first doll I've bought for my baby 9-month old twins, and they're still a little skeptical. Stella is about a foot tall (Product Description says 15 inches but mine is 12). My babies haven't seen anything like this before, and she looks like them in a way.
They hold Stella as if they love her and then they throw her. They also like to pull Stella's pacifier off. That's fun for them. This pacifier is way too big for my babies' mouths so it's not dangerous at this stage. You can loop your finger or thumb through the handle of the pacifier. The pacifier has a magnet and locks on pretty tightly to Stella's mouth. My babies are not at the stage where they try to put the pacifier back on.
Stella's belly and feet feel as if she has little round crunchy things inside like barley or buckwheat. All the rest of her (head, arms and legs) are made of thick foam inside. She has seven tiny strips coming out of the top of her head - her hair. They like to put any part of her in their mouths and we wonder if they're kissing Stella. They haven't discovered that they can take her clothes, including her diaper off. Those are held by velcro in some places, but in a way that seems seamless. I think it will be awhile before they find that out.
My guess is they'll love this doll as much as I do. And I've never loved a doll either. It's just such a joy to buy your girl's first doll. Others have said I should get two. I hadn't thought of that earlier for some reason. If you see me with another review and that Amazon Verified Purchase logo, you'll know what happened.

(More customer reviews)This doll doesn't "do" anything but I think that's the best part! It's a basic rubber doll with molded hair. The accessories are fun and encourage role play. No batteries needed. And the doll doesn't cry, sing, dance, walk etc. But it does pee after you give her cup of water. We bought the potty and cloth diaper set in Target for $[...] and an extra outfit with a cloth diaper (Target brand $[...]). They work perfectly and I don't have to worry about extra paper diapers. This doll can also be put in a tub without fear of being ruined. You can get Target brand bath tub with extra accessories for $[...] or just let your kid take a bath with the doll. Who needs batteries, disposable diapers and fake food products that will mold inside of the "real" baby alive doll (that grosses me out). I think it is a nice basic toy, good quality and durable. You can use regular bandaids on her too when the stickers are all used up. I'm just SUPER ANNOYED that all dolls now come in blond/blue eyed (and speak in English), brunette with brown eyes (speak in Spanish) and African American (speak in English). Really? Not everyone who's not Hispanic is blond and blue eyed. And what about boy dolls? Seriously, we're having a baby boy soon and I can't find any male dolls in stores. That's unexcusable!!! But that's a different story for a different day.
