(More customer reviews)My 4 year old loved this fireman costume but unfortunately the pants ripped in THREE places within the first half hour of him wearing them!!!! I don't recommend this product, but if you do buy it, make sure you have plain black pants to go with the jacket, bc they WILL rip.

(More customer reviews)My son LOVES firemen and got this for his 3rd birthday. He noticed that the picture on the box included a shovel. We asked the company we got it from, who were very nice and looked in several other boxes but couldn't help. They suggested contacting the manufacturer and the manufacturer said it was a mistake that had since been corrected and that they would send a shovel at no additional cost. A few weeks later a package arrived with firemen, cones, ax, and the shovel. We were very impressed with their customer service and will happily purchase other toys from them again.
The toy itself has a lot of detail and many realistic things to manipulate for little hands. Although there are small pieces so should not be given to little ones that put things in their mouth.
