Make Your Own Sock Puppets Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I purchased two sets of these. One for me and one for my 2.5 yr old granddaughter who lives on the west coast. I use them to help keep her attention during webcam calls. She enjoyed creating her own puppets. She loves hers and takes them everywhere she goes. My family enjoys the puppets as well. There are small pieces, so little ones need to be supervised. We now look forward to our coast to coast puppet shows.

Very good for speech delayed or autistic kids that really need to develop shared attention skills...fun!!!!

Reach into the bag to find the puzzle pieces that match the pictures on your bedroom game board. If a monster pops out, don't be scared...just tell that silly old thing to go away. Then get rid of him for good by tossing him into the moster pit and out of your room. You take charge, and the monsters take off!Being afraid of monsters is a normal part of growing up. One way that children are able to master this fear is by participating in narrative play or by playing games like Go Away Monster! that allow them to take control of the monsters. Go Away Monster! encourages kids to boss the monsters around, but it also let's them experience some of the apprehension and excitement in deciding what is real and what is imaginary. The game teaches young children shape recognition, cooperation, competence and boosts self-esteem, and is designed to be played with parents and friends. The game also lets young children experience some of the apprehension and excitement in deciding what is real and what is imaginary. Elmo & Cookie Monster Giggle Ball Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Elmo and Cookie Monster - together again.
This toy is cute. When you push Elmo's mouth, he says "Jiggly, Giggly! Ha ha ha ha!" as the ball vibrates. Push Cookie Monster's mouth, and he says "Shaky, Shaky! Ha ha ha ha! Whooooa!" If you pay too much attention to Elmo (press him 3 times in a row) Cookie says "Hello?" Likewise, if you press Cookie 3 times in a row, Elmo says, "Elmo's turn!" Push the two together and they say "Giggle Monsters!" and laugh.
This toy is not very soft (it's not plush) and the inner mechanics make it heavier than you would expect. The eyes and Elmo's nose make it pretty useless for rolling. But the sounds and vibrations make my twin 20-month old boys smile, and they play with it on occasion, but it doesn't keep them occupied for long stretches. As for durability, it appears well-made, but I don't think ours has been used enough to really put it to the test.
Overall, it's cute, but I think I like it more than the boys do.
