Eeboo Mystery in the Forest Matching Game Review

My daughters love memory games. This one is exceptional! Not only is this toy played like regular memory, it is easy to create narratives by laying out different pictures and making stories out of them. It said this in the description, but I had a hard time imagining my kids actually playing with it like that. I was wrong! Even I got into it... :)

Educational Insights Design and Drill Activity Center Review

Educational Insights Design and Drill Activity Center

This play set is wonderful! It is easy to use and entertaining for preschool to early school age children. While kids are having fun playing, they are improving their fine motor skills and patterning. They can be creative with their own designs or learn to follow one of the included pattern cards. The set includes 3 bits for use with the drill or screwdriver handle and 5 different colored large screws. The drill has forward, off, and reverse settings and makes drill sounds at a reasonable volume. Overall a great buy.

Children love using the Design & Drill Activity Center to create their own designs, or following the set's activity cards to make pictures and patterns, from trains and boats to flowers and fish. Just snap any one of the drill bits into the power drill or the screwdriver handle, grab a handful of big bolts, and turn on the learning fun. Twenty activity cards (10 make-a-picture cards, 9 follow-the-pattern cards, and one make-your-own card) provide young learners with tasks from simple to challenging. Requires 3 "AA" batteries (not included).

What Time is it? Time Telling Game Review

What Time is it Time Telling Game

I just bought this as a birthday present for my just-turned-4-year-old and he *loves* it. It's designed to be used at various levels -- you can select color-coded cards depending on what your child already knows: to the hour, half-hour, etc. He can play it on his own and self-check by comparing the time he set on his clock to the one on the card. We haven't yet played by the official rules with keeping score, but we have a lot of fun with it. It's very durable and I expect it to last so I can use it with his little sister when the time comes!

eeBoo Picnic Game Review

What a fantastic game we have stumbled across! It arrived in the mail today and all three of our children were drawn to it like bees to honey! This game is such high quality it will provide lots of enjoyment, especially on rainy days when a real out-of-doors picnic is impossible. The game pieces are extremely thick and I do believe they will even stand up to our two year old! The arm of the spinner I will keep out of her reach for now as it seems to be the only breakable part in the whole box. The colors are bright and inviting and there are several various suggestions for other types of play. Excellent product. I will most definitely keep this in mind for birthday presents in future!!!
