ThinkFun Zingo Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this game for my children several years ago on the advice of the owner of my favorite toy store. I love board games, and my children were 3 and 5 then, and just starting to enjoy them as well. Well, we couldn't get the kids to stop playing Zingo. They played quietly for more than 2 hours. Since you can play with up to 8 players, we have had lots of neighborhood kids playing the game out on the front steps. Since then, I have bought at least 10 Zingo games -- I have given them to all my children's friends and I always keep a few around to give out for birthday gifts. Everyone loves this game.

Eeboo Mystery in the Forest Matching Game Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My daughters love memory games. This one is exceptional! Not only is this toy played like regular memory, it is easy to create narratives by laying out different pictures and making stories out of them. It said this in the description, but I had a hard time imagining my kids actually playing with it like that. I was wrong! Even I got into it... :)

"WH" Chipper Chat Laminated Games with Magnetic Chips, WH Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have this product at work. It has a series of picture scenes that you ask students questions about. They have who, what, where, when and why questions for eacy picture (about 15 of each question type). Plus it has additional worksheets.
The concept of the game is you ask a question and then help the students get to the right answer. Then after they answered the question correctly they roll the dice (1-3) to see how many chips they get to put on. It is a great way to provide feedback and reinforcement without making the competition based on how many the student got right. The students then clean up their chips with a magnetic wand. This is often their favorite part. I would purchase an additional wand so multiple kids can clean up/play at the same time. I use it as a reinforcer to practice other skills as well---sight words, math facts, articulation etc.

Disney DVD Bingo Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My kids LOVE this game. They are aged 7, 6, and 3 1/2. It's great for building attention skills, matching and is helping my kindergartener and preschooler learn numbers to 60. Every so often, a "Wild" space is called, and the players get to watch a clip from a Disney movie. It takes about 20-30 minutes to play the Blackout version of the game. I love the fact that we all can play the game together, everyone is quiet and in one place, AND having fun!!!! Anything that helps me accomplish that is priceless in my book.

(More customer reviews)My 3 1/2 year old son loves to play this game at his preschool. The teacher let's three of them play this before it's time for them to go home, while other children staying longer are off doing something else. He says this is his favorite game to play and he says, mommy, I really like color shapes bingo, It's FUN!! I think this game is normally purchased at the Parent Teacher stores, as I have not seen it at your bigger dept. stores.
