(More customer reviews)I bought a plasma car for each of my boys, (ages 6 and 4). They enjoyed them for about an hour. I really thought they would be easier to propel than they are. If you are on any bit of incline it is almost impossible to make the car go without using your feet on the ground. It is fun to find a small hill and coast down, but coming back up is a pain. I have even tried to find really flat pavement and still you are at times practically not moving.

(More customer reviews)This scooter is simply the best one out there - because the 2 wheels are in the front, they don't get in the way of the kids trying kicking off with their feet. And because to turn, they have to lean vs steer, I feel it is safer as it tends to just go straight. As the kids improve, they figure out how to turn, but that's what's so good, they do it at their own pace. Even though this scooter says it's for age 3, we bought it for my son's 2nd birthday because he tried someone else's and shocked us by being able to ride it well. He had tried those other 3-wheeled scooters with the 2 wheels in the back and couldn't really ride them - the design of this one is just so superior. He absolutely LOVES LOVES LOVES it and just about every day, people ask how old he is and they are shocked, they say they can't believe how well a 2-year-old can ride a scooter. But it's not him, it's this scooter! Don't waste your money on the cheap "cartoony" scooters, just get one of these, your kids will be zipping around in minutes!

Radio Flyer My 1st Scooter Red Review

(More customer reviews)My husband bought this scooter for my daughter who will soon be two after seeing how much she wanted to ride the neighbor kids' razors. My daughter jumped up and down with joy after seeing the toy. As soon as she got on she knew what to do. This toy is so SAFE, in comparison to any other competition! The base for the foot is almost a foot wide. Also the two wheels in front help balance our child more so than the two wheel in back ones. It is also fun for her to sit down on the center portion and us to pull her around on it. It is made out of the same plastic material as the RadioFLyer wagons, so it is really durable. It did not break when I stood on it and I weigh 140. I am pretty sure it is not cleared for that heavy of a person..but I had to try it. Overall GREAT toy! Safer than a Trike too, since she is not having to climb over the middle section..she just steps off.

Spider-Man Preschool 3-Wheeled Scooter Review

(More customer reviews)The suggested age range is "5 and up", but the maximum weight is 44 lbs! The "average" 5 yr old boy is already 40lbs (50th percentile). Most 5-6 year olds will be too heavy for this item, or will rapidly outgrow it -- so the manufacturer's suggested age range of "5 and up" is very misleading. The scooter is also very small. They should provide all the weight/height and other limits for the toys rather than just age ranges -- which in this case were very misleading. (I got this item for my nephew who is 4 yrs 9 months old, and he is already too heavy for it at 45 lbs.) Also, forget about telling me the BOX size and give me the SCOOTER'S measurments. It would have saved me a lot of hassle and disappointment.

(More customer reviews)I searched and searched for the perfect scooter for my little boy and I found it!! This little scooter is his absolute favorite thing we own. The 3 big wheels ride so smooth over rough roads or our carpet. He rides this thing all over the house all day long pretending to "drive" to different places. I bought it for him to get some exercise and he has come up with 100 different ways to use it for pretending- who knew? My son never gets tired of riding this scooter- he loves doing it inside and on nice days he loves taking it out just as much. The bell is really the icing on the cake too- he loves being able to ding at me to get out of the way!! This thing was worth every single penny.
