My daughter had it when she was 3/4 and been 4 years now, she n her younger sis still fight for the princess block pieces, has made a float, a castle, with other blocks and then on we have added other char. they like and gifts preferred are these small sets of blocks. We just keep all of them in the main legos blocks, they love it..very nicely designed. have seen even grandparents enjoy them with the kids..its a keeper.

Fisher Price Little People Sweet Sounds Home Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter received this for her first birthday and wasn't really interested in it until she was 18 months. Now she loves it and plays with it all the time. I love the sweet sounds that it makes and is helping with potty training with the flushing of the potty. I would definitely recommend it for a toddler.

(More customer reviews)I got this dollhouse for my 2 year old daughter and she loves it. It is relatively easy to assemble and is made of sturdy, solid wood. It actually comes with some furniture and the family of 5 dolls - which my daughter and my 3-year old son both play with - for some reason they really like the baby. We also got a few of the other Melissa & Doug furniture sets to go with the house... it's a very attractive dollhouse overall and provides plenty of entertainment and pretend play for kids.

Maxim Design by You Doll House with Furniture Review

(More customer reviews)Okay, as a parent I began researching dollhouses about 2 months before Christmas for my 3 year old. I was looking for a product that would hold up to abuse and creative play. I wanted a doll house that my daughter could really interact with and chose this one after a lot of looking around. My husband and I opened it up to put together on Christmas Eve and realized it was an even better product than we'd hoped. Here's why:
1. damage proof packaging
2. easy to assemble with a power driver and a philips head screw driver, although it would be harder to do without the power driver, to be honest
3. she played with it for hours
4. everything about it is well-made and sturdy, even the fully poseable dolls (although they look suspiciously like a couple of Art Majors) and chunky wooden furniture
5. you can make two houses if you want, love the modular rooms
6. no character or commercial slogans! My husband and I are tired of the over-commercialization. This product doesn't even carry a logo by the maker. I like that a lot.
Ther are no downsides to this dollhouse that I can see. The little fridge even opens.
