This phone is really cute but is extremely quiet. They say it is intentionally made that way to protect my childs hearing but if they cant hardly hear it - then what is the point. My daughter loves Minnie Mouse so it is worth it for that.

We received this as a gift for a trip a few months ago, when our son was bout 6-7 months old. He can not stop playing with it, even now at 11 months. There are three different modes and a variety of buttons that play different songs, numbers and noises. I would definitely buy this for someone else's child

VTech Preschool Learning Light-Up Learning Phone Review

We've had this toy for several months and it still holds our kids attention. Initially, we bought it for the 3-year-old to help him learn numbers, their sequence (being able to count to 10 from memory is not the same [for a toddler] as actually knowing what number comes before other or which number is larger than the other). He still has fun with it and it helped him grasp basic math concepts. And now our 1-year-old started playing the phone as well. She likes pressing the buttons and hearing the parent message we recorded. Great buy.

Fun-2-Learn Cell Phone Review

Fun-2-Learn Cell Phone

We got this cell phone for our young toddler (I think he was 13 months at the time) in order to keep him occupied in the car when very few things did. It's one of the few things that will keep him engaged for about 10-15 minutes (which is all I can ask for with him!). Although the learning modes are clearly for older children (like learning how to key in 911 and such), he likes the interactive graphics and many different sounds he gets by pressing all the different buttons. So, it doesn't hold too much educational value for him now (he's 18 months), but definitely will when he gets older. He has throw it down in the car many many times and it hasn't damaged it at all. This phone has stayed in our car in high heat and cold temperatures and so far has resisted damage.

It looks and sounds like a real cell phone, but it's a lot more fun! This phone helps kids learn important phone numbers. It's easy to program those numbers in - like home, grandma's, mom or dad's work number. Then Gabby?, an interactive phone friend, will help your child learn them along with the alphabet, counting and more!

V Tech - V.Smile Pull n' Play Phone Review

V Tech - V.Smile Pull n' Play Phone

I just purchased this toy for my 8-month old son, and he absolutely gets a kick out of pushing the buttons on the phone. He loves playing with the phone WE use, so I knew I had to get him a phone that had buttons and made noise like our phone does. This definitely makes all the noises that a regular phone does, plus has many songs and teaches numbers and sayings. It has a volume control button, but even on the loudest setting it isn't loud enough to drive you crazy (my son has plenty that drive me bonkers), and that is one of the things I like about this toy. Definitely a must-have for all the babies who like the regular adult phone!

Little ones love taking the call, and taking their phone from room to room. The Pull N' Play Phone lets babies practice making pretend calls to friends and family and receiving calls while they play. When a call comes in, the phone rings and puppy pops up with the receiver. The chunky keypad buttons teach numbers and counting as babies dial, while the receiver button flashes along to ten cheerful melodies and a cute sing-along song adds to the learning fun.

Vtech - Pull & Lights Phone Review

Vtech - Pull and Lights Phone
Average Reviews:

My son enjoys the lights and music this toy produces, but I have a big complaint. The on/off button is the * key on the telephone's keypad. Because it is located in the lower right corner, any baby who plays with the phone with his right hand will inadvertently turn the toy off...repeatedly. It's just as easy to turn it on, of course, but this means you'll be listening to the toy's opening and closing musical fanfare over and over again. This will also happen if the toy is turned upside down and resting on the keypad: it will continuously turn itself on and off.

Get baby dialed into early learning with the Pull & Lights Phone. The wiggling, wobbling handset dances to its own music when baby pulls it along. Plus, its colorful buttons make fun light patterns when baby calls her friends! With a quick flick of the activity selector, mom or dad can choose from three subjectsanimals, numbers and music - giving baby lessons in all of them.
