(More customer reviews)I totally agree with the other reviews...great idea in theory but a huge mess. my 18 month old grabs them by the top marker part and ends up with marker all over him. my 3 year old gets the idea but these things let out so much ink that it gets all over his arms as he draws. they both love them but i basically have to take off all of their clothes, put down some big pieces of paper on our tile floor and make sure we have time for a bath afterwards.

Crayola 8ct Write Start Colored Pencils Review

(More customer reviews)These are fat crayon / pencils.... not exactly colored pencils, and not crayons..... but more like crayons in a 'wooden' pencil like casing. They are durable and strong and we completely prefer them over regular crayons. Worth the price.

(More customer reviews)I didn't think there was anything I could contribute about crayons, but these are incredible. Here's what happened~ my 20 month old grandson was coloring with them, and one fell on the floor. The dog promptly started eating it, creating an instant mess. I went to the kitchen to throw out the remains, and I noticed my grandson went into the back room, but I was distracted, wiping the remains of the crayon off the rug (came up like magic). When I looked up, I saw my angel coloring the white bedroom door with the black crayon. Oh, he was so proud! After counting to 10, I returned to the kitchen and got a paper towel and put a drop of dishsoap on it. I wiped the door, and believe it or not, the crayon came right off, and left not a trace. There was no scrubbing involved at all. What else can I say? Oh they color as nice as the originals too, and are large for little hands. Try them, the price is also great!

Crayola Crayon Town - Horse Ranch Review

(More customer reviews)My soon to be 4yr old niece has had fun playing with this. She colored the barn and other props as well as colored the ground/mat. While she is not the perfect artist yet, she had fun coloring and putting it all together... now that she finished with the creative part of it, she sets it up on a table plays with the horses and uses the colored props and mat and plays with it until her heart is content.
And she brings it back out periodically to play with it again and again.
It seems to be very durable (as this 3 yr old can really be tough on toys).
I will buy other Crayola products in the forseable future.

Crayola Beginnings Color Me A Song Review

(More customer reviews)Most of my daughters toys are played with a few times and then forgotten, minus stuffed animals :D She mostly just 'reads' books and colors during the day when we aren't outside. When I saw the Color Me A Song, I just knew it would be perfect for her, because she LOVES coloring and music. I'm not sure about the other reviewer getting markers in hers, but the Color Me A Song is supposed to come with several triangular shaped crayons, which are great because they don't roll of the table :D They are easy for her and my 3 year old to hold. I also love the tray that you can keep the crayons in when not in use, so when we take it with us, I don't have to bring the crayon box too. To my surprise, my 3 year old, very active son also loves this toy. It has held up well, esp. since they both use it at the same time and will snatch it from each other, hehe. I couldn't have made a better investment, imo.

The toy includes Crayola (the best) crayons for coloring, as cargo for trucks and planes, and as simple building units for animal bodies, street signs, trees, etc. The set comes with lots of pre-cut artwork panels that can be colored and then easily folded into buildings, archways, etc. Very cool. Later the kids (or mom) can download additional colorable artwork from the Wild Planet website - for free. Airplanes store crayons in their fuselage, trucks carry crayons in their cargo areas. Crayons and those pesky little pieces of crayons (all 2 million of them ,per kid) finally have their day in the sun. Now they have a place to live, work, color, build, be transported. These are very well made. All the provided plastic parts are durable. Even the friction fit of the crayons into plastic parts has a perfect feel for a young kid. The people and the animals are darling. Apparently some awards have already been won by this system. Figures.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the mini mandala set from the same company with the intention of capturing the artistic interest of my 6 year old. Her 14 year old sister had an easier time using it, which has to do with the design of the mini sets. They are not made for little hands at all... If you are thinking of introducing little ones, under 8 years old to mandalas, try this larger edition! I loved the idea of the girls creating mandalas which they could use to decorate cards, make mobiles etc.... My little one has been making her own mandalas and her fingers are more comfortable in the larger board. This is a great idea that they made a junior edition. I do wish, though that they sold packs of paper for this kit or sold it with more paper. I now have to cut paper to size so that it fits into the design slot. Overall, this is a great busy toy for travel or at home art time.

After baking the tiles-as the directions stated to do so-one of the tiles wouldn't fit into either frame. the worst part was was that this was a Christmas present for their father. I still have heard nothing from the seller and cannot seem to find anyplace that sells them to get a new frame

(More customer reviews)we have this set in the tangled version. it is great! mess free & keeps them buys for hours. i do suggest tearing pages out for painting & hanging them up as soon as the kids a re finished painting them. the paint tends to stay tacky for a while. we have 4 pages that are now one because she just flipped the page when she was done & moved on to the next page. this is not really a problem just a little aggravating if they are making pictures for a family member. i recommend this product to everyone!
